How does your pricing compare to other similar software?
There are a few tools/vendors out there that focus on the challenge of attracting prospects to a dealership — like deep linking, text leads/messaging, on-site chat, traditional 3rd party lead providers, and others. We don’t consider any of these competitors.
We built Carfeine for the modern dealership that needs to address a singular pursuit of merchandising their inventory to in-market buyers in a single place, in a way that just works. Just like dealers have invested in specific operational software (e.g. crm, dms, etc.) over the years, we believe that our kind of software is worthy of direct investment because efficient customer acquisition is the foundation for a dealers success and bottom-line profitability. A healthy dealership has historically proven to better the local economies that they serve.
If you do the math, our most popular (Insight) package is about $13.50 a day… or a couple latte’s from your local CARfeinated barista!
We need to add more rooftops to our subscription. How will that be billed?
We’ll make a prorated charge to your preferred billing method (not invoice) to cover your new rooftop(s) subscription fee for the remainder of the current billing period.
As an example, suppose your the subscription owner and on the “Insight plan,” which costs $399 per rooftop per month when billed monthly. You add a new rooftop 10 days into your billing period and there are 20 remaining days in the month. The per-day cost for each rooftop for Insight is $399 / 30, so we will make a one-time charge of $266 ($399 / 30 days * 20 days) to your accounts payment method on file.
We need to cancel our subscription for our account. How do we do that? Can we get a refund?
Account Owners can change the Groups/Rooftops subscription level. There are two options when downgrading from a paid plan to the Free plan:
- You can downgrade to the Free plan immediately. If there is more than one day until your monthly renewal date, we will pro-rate the remaining balance on your account and hold it for your team as a credit. You can use that credit towards a reactivation of your paid subscription in the future.
- We can automatically downgrade you to the Free plan at your next renewal date. Your subscription will remain active at its current level through the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for.
We do not offer refunds on subscriptions. However, any unpaid campaign budget monies on account will be refunded once that month’s reconciliation period is complete to the account/card on file.
What are my payment options?
You can use your credit card to pay for any plan. If you sign up for an Annual subscription and plan to spend at least $10K monthly on campaigns, we can invoice you annually with credit qualification. Contact us to start the process.
