Receive and Standardize
Lead information is provided by multiple sources. As needed, contact information including name and address is standardized and the lead elements are formatted based on to ensure the highest quality possible.
Assessment and Scoring
Leads are assessed and provide a quality score enabling economy as duplicates and those leads from providers that do not meet a minimum quality score are rejected. Those that pass the minimal quality score continue processing.
Lead Enhancement
Carfeine’s system enhances any incorrect or missing lead information to increase the quality and completeness of the lead.
Package and Transmit
To ensure successful integration into a client’s ILM or CRM system, the scored leads are packaged and delivered to the dealer according to the industry standard format.
