Proper lead routing is meant to streamline lead work flow, ensure timely and accurate delivery, and ultimately assist dealership management to get the best results from their Internet marketing and sales efforts. PureLead Routing is a 4 step process.
1. Lead Generation
Consumers generate leads through a multitude of Internet assets such as: 3rd party web sites (cars.com, autotrader.com, automotive.com), research sites (edmunds.com), dealership web site vendors (dealer.com, tkcarsites.com, clickmotive.com, dealeron.com, etc.), landing pages, and more.
2. Initial Lead Relay
Consumer information in lead form (in the automotive market we use the "ADF/XML" standard) is transmitted from the various Providers to Carfeine (we support hundreds of these Providers).
3. Receipt & Analysis
Leads are received and "parsed", or read by computer program, and are identified for the lead destination, whether the dealer is expecting that lead from that Provider, and then is directed where to go.
4. Package & Transmittal
To ensure successful integration into a client’s ILM or CRM system, the routed leads are packaged and delivered to the dealer according to the same format as the originating information. The entire process takes less than a second and adds the capacity for the dealership to send to multiple systems in the ADF/XML standard as well as human-readable text version to additional addresses.
Please note: If you represent a large dealer group or technology partner, we support standard Web Services (SOAP, etc.) to enable large sets of data in real-time handling.
